Designers, are you ready?
The series focuses on costume design. Campers will compete with each other to create the best costume every day. The campers (or contestants) will be limited not only by time, but also by surprise themes and limited materials. Campers will learn the fundamentals of costume design and will be encouraged to bring their A-game everyday. Expect twists, surprise guests, and unexpected challenges. In this camp, we hope to emphasize the creative aspects of technical theatre. Contestants will be judged in several categories – including but not limited to: research, design, execution, collaboration, and overall impression. The camp will culminate in a showcase presentation for friends and family.
