KCT Next Stage

We need your help to build the Next Stage of the Knoxville Children’s Theatre.

Knoxville Children’s Theatre is embarking on  the “Next Stage,” a $12 million campaign to purchase and renovate a permanent venue and expand its programming. KCT has experienced tremendous growth in its programming and participation since its initial founding in 2008. KCT has been looking for an effective, permanent venue that will allow for the growth and demand to educate more children in the arts. The new venue will not only support growth in participants, but it will also expand programs to allow even more aspects of the arts to be taught and experienced such as music, choreography and costume, set and lighting design.

KCT serves as a gateway for young artists to explore skills, outlets and careers through theatre. In addition to teaching art, the program teaches invaluable life skills and most importantly, is changing thousands of children’s lives for the better.

Supporting KCT cultivates these crucial skills in children, increases literacy, boosts the local economy, and develops tomorrow’s leaders by providing valuable arts education.

An investment in KCT is an investment in the lives of thousands of children, who will bring their skills to use as they grow and mature in our community.

Wall of Fame

The easiest way to help is to donate today and purchase a “Star”.  You can honor your child, grandchild, one of the actors or anyone you wish to acknowledge.  Your honoree’s name will appear in all of our playbills for one year. The Lifetime Star (Honorary or Memorial) is a permanent star that will hang indefinitely in our theatre.  Below are various levels of recognition to hopefully fit everyone’s budget.
