Lions and Tigers and Hedgehogs, Oh My!

A perfect course for aspiring actors. This class concentrates on the animal kingdom. AT KCT and elsewhere, plays often feature non-human roles from the Cowardly Lion to Wilbur the Pig! This class provides students with the basic tools needed to create a fully developed character for the stage.  Blending acting exercises with the experience of a rehearsal process, it’s ideal for beginners as well as returning students looking to sharpen their skills.  Students will build confidence being on stage and learn how to incorporate their bodies and voices into a character through theatre games and exercises.  The final showcase will include a mini production in which students will incorporate the characters they’ve created in class.
